Could this be Militaria and possible connected to the 93rd Regiment? or just domestic?

thanks in advance

My inclination is not 93rd Highlanders, simply because whenever I have seen such militaria, with even brief regimental references, it is written as "93rd". Also regiments tend to use numbers for company designations, rather than letters. B 93 suggests to me something like a school or training establishment etc. But, with the dulcet tones of my wife ringing in my ears...I could be wrong!

It certainly looks to have crossed nsiderable age to it. If had to guess, I would say late 1700's - early 1800's.

It certainly looks like a buttonstick. However, I would have expected to see discolouration from the button cleaning products.

All the best,
