Thanks for posting this list John.

The organisers in Hoogstraten, Belgium were offering this:
From May 2-4 Hoogstraten is looking for 600-800 reenactors (Infantry, Cavalry, artillery. For North Americans who go it is offering: 35 euro reimbursement per combatant, 25 euro reimbursement for Vivandieres and Cantinieres, 175 euro reimbursement per horse. In addition they will provide firewood, straw, water, hay, toilets, and black powder.
You will have to arrange your own meals.

NB: The British participated in this battle along with the Prussians, so those of you doing 1812, Brits... this would be a good event for you! see: http://napoleon-monuments.eu/Napoleon1e ... en2009.htm They have a website: http://www.slagvanhoogstraten.be

For more information, contact: Ron Van Dyck at ron.vandyck@... is this offer still on John?

I'm planning to go to Hoogstraten which sounds like it will be a good one. Registration is now closed I'm told.
