Waterloo200 - Reliving the past!

Postby Gemmahistory » September 27th, 2014, 2:26 pm

This film continues the collaboration between the University of Portsmouth and Waterloo 200 Ltd - the official organisation set-up to oversee the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. This film, made by Daniel DiMartino, focuses on the characters that choose to relive the past by battle re-enactment. Expert historian, Michael Crumplin, narrates and give finer details of the battle.

That's particularly good on a smart TV :D

Even if my inner pedant grated its teeth at the copyediting.
