let's hope it is a lot better than 2016 - although I did manage to use Desaix's comment to Napoleon about there being time to win a second battle over the EU. Marengo is appropriate as there is a new book coming out at the end of 2017 with lots more new material. 8-)

I see Rick Parfitt has just joined the list of people, who have expired this year - mind you, the amount of stuff that went up his nose, I am surprised he lasted this long.

Terry Crowdy is doing it for Pen & Sword - I think it will be end of the year for publication. My skills with the Kurrent handwriting (much helped by a friend in Vienna) have turned up quite a lot of new material. TC has also had much more time than I did and it is easier to see what went wrong for Zach in the final phase.
