This is an awesome Fort built just before the Napoleonic, it is still the home of the modern "Highlanders" and there is a great museum well worth a visit.

I visited it once with my family built just after the last Jcobite Rebellion for obvious reasons I think. It is great, usually lots of troops wondering around and they have annual historical displays too, very windy though, and if you like dolphins, the water around it teems with them.
